The Bakehouse on Wentworth is the product of a powerful passion for pastries.
Alliteration aside, its mouth-watering array of freshly baked cakes, gourmet pies and, above all, moulded organic sourdough loaves have been delighting the good folk of Blackheath for over a decade.Opening for business in 2002, the Bakehouse hit its straps quickly and has been such a success that it now has three sister sites in Leura, Springwood and Glenbrook. The Bakehouse also serves coffee and has a thriving wholesale business too.
