Located at Tuscany Wine Estate Resort, Executive Chef John Salisbury and his team invites you and a group of nine to experience a cooking class that celebrates the region. This is a hands-on class, including a vineyard inspection and tutorial, where all dishes are cooked from scratch using local, organic produce. There are a range of menu options, usually consisting of a three-course lunch and an additional course of Binnorie cheese from the cheese factory nearby.
